Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Gangnam Style at https://aigangnamstyle.org. By using the service you agree to them.

The Service

AI Gangnam Style lets you upload 1 to 3 photos and generate a short AI video in the style of the viral Gangnam Style trio selfie reel. AI Gangnam Style is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by PSY, P Nation, YG Entertainment, TikTok or the creators of the clips shown on the site.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be 18 or older to use AI Gangnam Style. You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

• Only photos you have the right to use: of yourself, or of people who agreed to be in the video.
• Everyone in the photos must be 18 or older. No photos of minors.
• No photos of celebrities or public figures.
• No nudity.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AI Gangnam Style to:

• harass, bully or embarrass anyone;
• impersonate a person or pass off a video as real footage of them;
• create sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise harmful content;
• infringe anyone's privacy, publicity rights or other rights;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may refuse photos, block generations or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Content

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Subject to these Terms and to the rights of others, you may use the videos you generate, including posting them on social platforms. Please label them as AI-generated.

AI Results

Videos are generated by AI and can differ from your photos. We don't guarantee that a video will look exactly like the people in your photos, and you should review it before you share it.

Credits, Packs and Payments

• Videos are paid for with credits: 6 credits for 6 seconds, 13 credits for 10 seconds and 20 credits for 15 seconds.
• Credits come in one-time packs, priced in US dollars: Single, $9.90 for 20 credits; Triple, $19.90 for 60 credits; Crew, $29.90 for 100 credits. Packs are not subscriptions.
• Credits never expire.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; Apple Pay is available on Apple devices.

Refunds

• Not happy with a finished video? Email us and we'll refund it in money, to your original payment method.
• Partly used pack? The credits you haven't used yet can be refunded in money.
• Failed renders: if a video fails after an automatic retry, its credits go back to your account automatically. The same applies when the AI refuses a photo.

Termination

You may stop using AI Gangnam Style at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we must for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If you keep using AI Gangnam Style after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
