Last updated: 2026-10-29

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Gangnam Style ("we", "us") handles information when you use https://aigangnamstyle.org.

Information We Collect

  1. Google sign-in data: your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. Google is the only way to sign in.
  2. Photos you upload: the photos you provide so we can make your video, including the faces and people shown in them.
  3. Generated videos: the videos we make for you and related details such as their length and when they were made.
  4. Payment data: your orders, packs and payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  5. Usage data: pages visited and features used, collected through the cookies described below.

How We Use Information

We use your information to make the videos you ask for, run your account and credits, process payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Your photos are used only to make your video. We do not sell your personal data, photos or videos.

AI Processing

To make your video, your photos are sent to our AI video provider. The provider processes them only to make the video and does not keep them.

Storage and Retention

  • Photos are kept on our storage and deleted automatically 30 days after upload. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Generated videos stay in your account until you ask us to delete them.
  • Your account can be deleted on request, together with its photos and videos.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in, Google Analytics cookies to understand traffic to the site, and a first-visit source cookie that remembers how you first found the site, kept for 30 days. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, including your photos, videos or whole account, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.

Age

AI Gangnam Style is only for people 18 or older, and photos may only show people 18 or older.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
